Return & Refund Policy
At Invictus Apparel, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues within 7 days of confirmed delivery (as shown by tracking). To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Free from damage, marks, stains, odours, or alterations
- Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us at invictusapparel.au@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange — please do not return your item before hearing from us. Once received and inspected, we will arrange your replacement subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact us at invictusapparel.au@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection or change-of-mind purchases. Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
